I served as a combat photographer with the 221st signal co out of Phu Bai and was assigned to 1/501/101 in April/May of 1969 in the Ashau Valley and then at Tam Ky from May 21 to June 8, 1969.
It was a privilege to have walked with all of you back then and to have met Scotty, Sully, Forest, Pete, Mike T, Dave C, Wally, and Jim C. over the last several years.

I Was looking at the lists of Delta Co. Vets. I wonder why I'm not there. I was one of the first ones to come from the 82 in 1967 and traded with Delta Co. Went to Vietnam with them to Co Cha and Phi PHA I was the first one shot on Feb. 15,1968. In rice paddy.
